High School Programs

If you are attending another school for most of your courses, please see the information on secondary registrations.

You have the option to enrich your learning by enrolling in one of the following distinctive programs:

Full Program

Students are taught using approved materials that follow the Alberta Program of Studies.

Christian Education

Students are able to integrate faith into their learning through a variety of strategies, including online and off-line course delivery in the Full or Blended paths, or in Parent Directed Home Education.

Earn While You Learn

Earn high school credits, gain valuable on-the-job experience, build your resume and make money while you learn at Argyll!

Reach Out Program

This program is for students with severe cognitive and/or physical disabilities who are unable to attend regular classes.

Special Needs Services

In keeping with our mission statement, Argyll Centre strives to meet the needs of families whose children struggle with the regular curriculum. Students are identified, monitored and supported through teacher and parent initiatives.

Knowledge & Employability

The Knowledge & Employability program (K & E) is intended to provide students with opportunities to experience success and become well prepared for employment, further studies, active citizenship and lifelong learning. Students entering the K & E program have usually had little success in Junior High and have not met the requirements to enter the diploma program.

Natural Learning Community

Natural Learning is a way of life; a way of looking at the world and at children. It is child-led, interest-driven, organic, eclectic and self-directed learning.
